We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our practice in Rocklin, CA. We are looking for a fantastic adjuster, that is passionate about chiropractic and the benefits continued care brings! We have a dynamic team of chiropractors and support staff, and we need to add another compassionate DC to help our growing base. This is an excellent position for a recent grad who is looking to learn to run a successful practice, as well as a seasoned professional who is looking for professional advancement, as our group looks to expand into other offices around the area with opportunities toward owning an office.

职责:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, 重点体检, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take, mark, and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare treatment care plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, 治疗方案选择, pre and post treatment care, nutrition/lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments gonstead, 下降, 四肢, 多元化的, basic knowledge of CBP and Pettibon (willing to train on our specific style), rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Conversion to wellness plans
• New Patient marketing- help grow the office with new patients and patient volume
要求:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in CA
• Solid adjustor that can handle high volume of patients up to 150 per day

• Mon- Friday with Friday hours ending at 2

• $100k (DOE) plus an additional bonus potential ($20k-$100k) for a total compensation of $120k-$200k
